CREATE Fertility hold contracts with NHS ICBs (the organisations who decide how local NHS budgets are spent) in most regions across England. If we hold a contract with your local ICB, you can be referred to our clinics for NHS-funded IVF treatment, which is delivered in line with NICE guidelines.

NHS funded IVF

Working with the NHS across England
Why patients choose to have their NHS treatment with us:
"CREATE Fertility is proud to have an excellent track record in safety and success in IVF. We take huge pride in delivering our IVF service to NHS funded patients, and we welcome couples who wish to make use of our advanced ultrasound technology and state-of-the-art facilities."

Am I eligible for NHS funding for IVF?
Whether you can receive NHS funding for your IVF or fertility treatment is ultimately decided by your local Integrated Care Board (ICB). However, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has set out a series of guidelines about who should receive NHS-funded treatment, and how much.

What does NHS funding involve and how do I apply for IVF on the NHS?
Based on NHS IVF criteria, you will be given a full list of IVF clinics approved by your ICB and available for referral. If CREATE Fertility is an available option then you can choose us, and then you can proceed with a consultation and treatment.

Understanding success rates can be difficult, which is why we are committed to being as transparent as possible. After assessing your medical circumstances at your first appointment, we will give you a personalised treatment plan and success rate. Our personalised treatment protocols at CREATE deliver successful results whilst also protecting the health of women and babies.
Advantages of our advanced ultrasound scan
Professor Campbell has pioneered the use of ultrasound to provide a detailed and accurate insight into fertility.
Our scan checks over 30 areas of your fertility, and you will always receive the results of the test on the day. These will be explained to you by your clinician who can answer any questions you might have.
Our 3D Doppler ultrasound scan is the foundation of our approach. Whilst we can identify different types of complex fertility issues using the our advanced ultrasound scan, we will also advise you on how we can help.
Transferring your NHS funding to CREATE Fertility
If your are eligible for NHS-funded IVF, but we do not have a contract with your local ICB, you may be able to transfer your funding to CREATE Fertility. Different ICBs have varying policies with regards to transferring funding and they will make the decision as to whether you can have NHS-funded treatment with us. Usually, you will need to have a strong clinical reason to transfer funding to CREATE Fertility and you will need to apply for a transfer before any treatment has started with the ICB's usual NHS provider.

Funding options if you are not eligible for NHS fertility treatment
If you cannot get NHS IVF treatment and your only option is to grow your family through self-funded treatment, we can still help. We offer our patients affordable payment plans, to help make growing your family less stressful and more manageable.
