How to interpret your results?
The days highlighted show your most fertile days, so this is the best time to get pregnant. For lots of couples trying to conceive they become focused on the results and then sex can begin to feel like a chore, it's important to remain relaxed and keep everything as stress-free as possible.
To optimise your chances it's a good idea to have sex every day for the 3 days before you expect to ovulate and on the day you ovulate.
