- Potential future costs: There is an annual storage fee to keep the frozen eggs (£350). If you decide you want to use your frozen eggs you will need ICSI (£1,200) to fertilise the eggs and a Frozen Embryo Transfer (£1,750) which includes egg thawing.

Genetic testing costs
PGT–A (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidies)
- Used to assess embryos for chromosomal abnormalities
- Can be used to diagnose Down Syndrome
- Can help reduce miscarriage rates
PGT-M (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic/Single-Gene Disorders)
- Used to assess embryos for genetic diseases
- Reduces the risk of passing on inherited disease
- Can be used to diagnose Down Syndrome
- PGT–A - (previously known as PGS NGS) the price includes testing for 1 embryo (including 6 months storage and biopsy). For additional embryos there is an additional charge of £350 per embryo. In order to deliver PGTA you may require a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) (£1,750) and ICSI (£1,200) procedure which are additional costs. Full details and costs will be explained at your consultation.
- PGT-M - (previously known as PGD) The price shown is for single gene disorders set up fee. Additional to this is a per embryo test cost of £350.
- PGT-A and PGT-M are optional additional treatments to routine IVF treatment, to ensure our patients make an informed decision about whether using PGT-A or PGT-M as part of their treatment the HFEA provide further information which can be found on their website here.

Meet our Leeds Fertility Specialists
Our dedicated Leeds team have extensive experience in fertility care, and will walk you through every step of your journey from your initial ultrasound scan through to your personalised treatment plan.
Dr. Davies graduated from the University of London and has over 37 years of experience. He specialises in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive health. He approaches his work with compassion and his expertise have helped many individuals start families.
Katie completed her nursing qualification at the University of Leeds and has specialised in fertility care since 2013. In 2015 Katie obtained an Ultrasound Scanning masters qualification in reproductive care. In 2020 she set up our Leeds satellite clinic and continues to successfully support many women and couples embarking on their fertility journey's at CREATE Fertilty.
Lucinda is our Head of Nursing in Leeds and has over 40 years of experience. Her unwavering commitment to patients and her team makes her an invaluable asset to CREATE Fertility. Lucinda ensures that everyone feels supported and empowered throughout their fertility journey.

The closest train station is Morley and is located on the eastern side of Morley Town centre, approximately 2 miles from Capitol Park Leeds. From the station you can catch the 46/47 bus from “New Bank St Croft House Lane” and get off at “White Bear”. From there it’s an 8 minute walk.
Catch the 203 MAX or X 17 bus from Leeds city centre to “Dewsbury Road Topcliffe Lane” and then it’s a 7 minute walk to the clinic.
We have dedicated parking spaces right outside the clinic where patients can park free of charge.
