- Consultation pricing: Our scan and consultation appointments use dynamic pricing based on clinic resource. Consultation prices vary depending on how early the baseline scan is from the date of booking. The price of a scan and consultation varies from £175 - £400. - Required additions: There are also a number of additional costs that need to be added to your treatment. These are for Screening blood tests (HIV, Hep B & C), Cycle medication (Ovarian stimulation medication, trigger medication and luteal support medication), monitoring blood tests (E2 & LH), sedation and HFEA fees that are not included in the cycle price. Exact costs will be discussed at consultation based on patients’ individual needs.
- Potential future costs: If you have additional embryos after your embryo transfer procedure, you will be given the option to freeze them to be used at a later date. This will be an additional cost of £1,240 which includes 2 years of storage. There is an annual storage fee after package storage has finished to keep frozen embryos stored (£395). To use frozen embryos you will need a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) procedure (£2,795) which includes embryo thawing.
- Abandoned cycles: In the event that a Treatment cycle is abandoned prior to egg collection/embryo transfer for medical reasons, a Cancellation Fee will be incurred. If your cycle is cancelled before the Egg Collection, the cancellation fee will be £250 per monitor scan that has been completed. If your cycle is cancelled after the egg collection, the cancellation fee will be higher.

Reciprocal IVF

- Required additions: There are also a number of additional costs that need to be added to your treatment. These are for medication, blood tests, sedation, donor sperm and HFEA fees that are not included in the cycle price. Exact costs will be discussed at consultation based on patients’ individual needs.
- Donor sperm: If you require donor sperm, this will be an additional cost. Sperm purchased through CREATE Fertility costs £1,300 per vial.
- Potential future costs: If you have additional embryos after your embryo transfer procedure, you will be given the option to freeze them to be used at a later date. This will be an additional cost of £1,240 which includes 2 years of storage. There is an annual storage fee after package storage has finished to keep frozen embryos stored (£395). - Potential future costs: There is an annual storage fee to keep the frozen eggs (£395). If you decide you want to use your frozen eggs you will need ICSI (£1,395) to fertilise the eggs and a Frozen Embryo Transfer (£2,795) which includes egg thawing.

Genetic testing costs
PGT–A (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidies) set up fee
- Used to assess embryos for chromosomal abnormalities
- Can be used to diagnose Down Syndrome
- Can help reduce miscarriage rates
PGT-M (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic/Single-Gene Disorders) set up fee
- Used to assess embryos for genetic diseases
- Reduces the risk of passing on inherited disease
- Can be used to diagnose Down Syndrome
- PGT–A set-up fee - (previously known as PGS NGS) includes embryo biopsies. You will need to pay an additional charge of £350 per every embryo you want testing. In order to deliver PGT-A you may require a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) (£2,795) and ICSI (£1,395) procedure which are additional costs.
