To use frozen embryos you will need a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) procedure (£2,795) which includes embryo thawing.
- Abandoned cycles: In the event that a Treatment cycle is abandoned prior to egg collection/embryo transfer for medical reasons, a Cancellation Fee will be incurred. - Donor sperm: If you require donor sperm, this will be an additional cost. Sperm purchased through CREATE Fertility costs £1,300 per vial.

PGT–A (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidies) set up fee
- Used to assess embryos for chromosomal abnormalities
- Can be used to diagnose Down Syndrome

PGT-M (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic/Single-Gene Disorders) set up fee
- Used to assess embryos for genetic diseases
- Reduces the risk of passing on inherited disease

- PGT–A set-up fee - (previously known as PGS NGS) includes embryo biopsies. You will need to pay an additional charge of £350 per every embryo you want testing. In order to deliver PGT-A you may require a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) (£2,795) and ICSI (£1,395) procedure which are additional costs. The nearest train station is Birmingham International train station. There are direct trains to this station from Birmingham New Street station. Patients travelling from other parts of the Midlands will have to change at Birmingham New Street station.
The number 75 bus stops at Fujitsu, which is a one minute walk from the clinic. This bus goes from Birmingham International station. An alternative bus is the 97A which stops at Helmswood drive, a 14 minute walk from the clinic. This bus also leaves regularly from Birmingham International station.
There is free allocated "CREATE Fertility" parking available at the rear of the clinic. Please park in these bays only as you will be asked to move your vehicle if parked in a non allocated space.
