- PGT–A set-up fee - (previously known as PGS NGS) includes embryo biopsies. You will need to pay an additional charge of £350 per every embryo you want testing. In order to deliver PGT-A you may require a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) (£2,495) and ICSI (£1,375) procedure which are additional costs.
