Our payment plans

We know that when you’re thinking about having fertility treatment, funding is often one of your most important considerations. At CREATE, we offer cost-effective payment plans for our patients to help you make your family dreams a reality.

When you come to the clinic our friendly staff will take you through the process and answer any questions you may have, the enrolment process is all digital so no need to print or post anything.

Example: Borrowing £ over 12 months with an interest rate of % fixed p.a, the amount payable would be £ per month, with a total amount payable of £, this figure includes a one off £30 set up fee and £4 monthly account handling fee. Please note, borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may adversely affect your financial status and ability to obtain credit.

How does it work?

  1. All patients need to have an Initial Consultation first, and when we know what type of treatment you require one of our patient coordinators will take your through the treatment plan and pricing.
  2. Once you are happy with everything your patient coordinator will then send you a link to the online finance application with humm, our finance service provider.
  3. The application process is quick, easy, and entirely online. Many applicants receive an instant decision about their application.
  4. Fill out the application form with your personal details, such as your name, address, and contact information. You will also be asked to provide your employment details and financial information to determine your eligibility.
  5. Once you have completed the application, submit it for review. You will receive a decision on your application, and if approved, you can start using your humm credit right away.
  6. If humm needs more information about you after you have submitted your application, they will contact you directly.
  7. Once approved by humm please contact your clinic to complete the purchase using humm finance.
  8. Once the purchase is completed and you have paid the deposit amount you can start your treatment plan.
What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit for our payment plans are 20%.

What is the maximum deposit?

The maximum deposit for our payment plans are 50%.

Will I be accepted for finance?

To be eligible to apply for humm, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Are at least 18 years old 
  • Are a permanent UK resident/citizen 
  • Have a good credit history 
  • UK debit or credit card in your name 
  • Minimum income of £1,000 a month
Can I make a joint application with my partner?

humm does not accept joint applications for finance. The patient should make the application for finance.

What's the maximum amount I can borrow?

Currently the maximum amount you can borrow is £15,000.

When will the first repayment be taken?

Your first payment will be taken on the date that you choose, within 30 days of completing the purchase with humm.

What is a credit search?

humm performs a hard credit check for each new application that is submitted.

This means humm will share your personal data with one or more Credit Reference Agencies (CRAs), who will perform necessary checks. This will leave a footprint on your records at the CRAs, which will be visible to other organisations should they perform checks, and it may have an impact on your credit score (full details are in humm’s Privacy Policy available at shophumm.com/uk/privacy).

If I change my mind can I cancel my agreement?

Every new agreement with humm comes with a 14-day cooling off period, so please contact humm during this time if you change your mind.
