Gender pay gap report
We are a predominantly female led company with 87.3% of our employees being women. We are proud that:
- Our Medical Director & Founder is a woman
- 66% of our doctors are women
- 100% of our nurses are women
- 100% of our clinic managers are women
- 97% of our operations and administrative staff are women
- 4 out of 6 of the directors with day to day management responsibilities are women
- We continue to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion principles within the core values of our company
It is very important that our pay gaps statistics are not to be confused with equal pay (paying women and men the same amount for the same role). The results reflect that many of our colleagues are women.
