• This offer is only available at our St Paul's, Wimbledon & Hertfordshire clinics. The Ultrasound Scan, Initial Consultation and treatment must all happen at the same clinic.
• This offer is only available to ‘new CREATE patients’ who have not purchased a CREATE cycle before.
• You must pay upfront for your Initial Consultation and Scan when you book it, and if you decide to proceed with IVF treatment with us, the price you paid for the Initial Scan and Consultation will be deducted from the total cost of treatment.
• Only the cost of the Ultrasound Scan and Initial Consultation will be deducted. Any additional services such as blood tests, medication and semen analysis will be charged as normal.
• You must book an Initial Consultation and Scan before 1st June 2024. The Initial Scan and Consultation can take place any time before May 31st 2024.
• Treatment must be booked within 3 months of your Initial Consultation in order to redeem the offer.
• Offer code SPRINGOFFER24 must be used when booking the Initial Consultation and Scan either online or over the phone.
• Offer can only be used on IVF treatment.
• Offer is only valid to use of your the first cycle of IVF with CREATE.
