• Once redeemed, this offer entitles patients to a free Semen Analysis (if required) and the price paid for the Initial Scan and Consultation to be deducted from the total cost of treatment.
• If a Semen Analysis is not required, any patient using this offer will still qualify to have the price of the Initial Scan and Consultation refunded should they proceed to treatment within 3 months.
• This offer is only available to ‘new CREATE Fertility patients’ who have not purchased a CREATE Fertility cycle before.

• Initial Scan Consultation Refunded:

• If you have had a Semen Analysis within the last 12 months you may not qualify. This will be at the discretion of the medical team.
• The free Semen Analysis includes an assessment of semen quality conducted using either a conventional laboratory Semen Analysis or a Sapyen at-home testing kit. The Sapyen at-home testing kit is not available to patients whose initial appointments take place in Bristol or Cardiff.
• Any additional semen tests deemed necessary will be charged at the standard rate and may be recommended at the Consultant’s discretion.
• If you are using a sperm donor known to you, treatment will need to be confirmed before the Semen Analysis appointment is booked in.

If the fees for the cycle have not been settled then you will be required to pay the £500 on request. • In the event that a Treatment cycle is abandoned prior to egg collection/embryo transfer, an additional Cancellation Fee will be incurred of £250 per scan that has been completed. Any other Services rendered will also have to be settled in full; .
