PATHTOPARENTHOOD Support Offer 2025 - Scan & Consultation deducted from treatment cost promotional conditions

  • This offer is only available to ‘new CREATE patients’ who have not purchased a CREATE cycle before.
  • New patients are required to pay upfront for the cost of the Initial Consultation and Scan when booking their appointment.   • Once redeemed, this offer entitles patients to a free Semen Analysis (if required) and the price paid for the Initial Scan and Consultation to be deducted from the total cost of treatment.
  • If a Semen Analysis is not required, any patient using this offer will still qualify to have the price of the Initial Scan and Consultation refunded should they proceed to treatment within 3 months.

    • The Semen Analysis must take place within 3 months of your initial consultation booking date.
    • If you have had a Semen Analysis within the last 12 months you may not qualify. This will be at the discretion of the medical team.
