PATH TO PARENTHOOD Support Offer 2026 - Scan & Consultation deducted from treatment cost promotional conditions

  • This offer is only available to ‘new CREATE patients’ who have not purchased a CREATE cycle before.
  • New patients are required to pay upfront for the cost of the Initial Consultation and Scan when booking their appointment. If the patient decides to proceed with IVF treatment or Egg Freezing treatment at CREATE Fertility, the price paid for the Initial Scan and Consultation will be deducted from the total cost of treatment.
  • The Initial Scan, Consultation and treatment must all happen at the same clinic.
  • Only the cost of the Ultrasound Scan and Initial Consultation will be deducted. Any additional services such as blood tests, medication and semen analysis will be charged as normal.
  • The Initial Scan and Consultation must take place before 30/06/2026 to qualify for the deduction against treatment.
