Initial Scan & Consultation Refund Offer + Free AMH Test promotional conditions

Once redeemed, if required, this offer entitles patients to an AMH Test. Should the patient proceed with IVF or Egg Freezing treatment within 3 months of their Initial Consultation, the cost of the Initial Scan & Consultation will be refunded.

  • AMH Test
    • The AMH Test will only be offered if medically required. This will be determined at the Initial Scan at the discretion of the medical team.
    • AMH Tests are to be booked at the clinic after the Initial Scan has been completed and assessed.
    • The offer is only valid for one AMH Test per couple.
    • The AMH Test must take place within 3 months of the Initial Consultation booking date.
    • If you cancel your Scan or Consultation after having had your AMH Test, you will only be refunded any amount paid over £135, to cover the cost of the AMH Test.
  • Initial Scan & Consultation
    • New patients are required to pay upfront for the Initial Scan & Consultation when booking their appointment.
    • If the patient decides to proceed with IVF treatment or Egg Freezing treatment at CREATE Fertility, the price paid for the Initial Scan & Consultation will be deducted from the total cost of treatment.
    • The Initial Scan & Consultation refund is only valid for the first cycle of IVF or Egg Freezing treatment with CREATE Fertility.
    • The Initial Scan & Consultation refund is only valid against IVF or Egg Freezing treatment.
    • Treatment must be booked within 3 months of the Initial Consultation in order to redeem the offer.
    • Only the cost of the Initial Scan & Consultation will be deducted. Any additional services, such as blood tests and medication, will be charged as normal.
    • The Ultrasound Scan, Initial Consultation, AMH Test and treatment must all take place at the same clinic to qualify for the Initial Scan & Consultation refund.

World IVF Day Offer 2026 - £300 off 1 cycle and £1,000 off 3 cycle packages promotional conditions

  • With this offer, if you book your Initial Consultation to take place on or before 31st August, you can save £300 on 1 cycle and £1,000 on 3 cycle packages, when you book your treatment and have your treatment consultation before 30th September 2026.
  • This offer is valid on IVF and egg freezing cycles.
  • Offer has to be redeemed and the time of booking Initial Consultation.
  • This offer is only available to ‘new CREATE Fertility patients’ who have not purchased a CREATE Fertility cycle before.
  • Your Initial Consultation must take place on or before 31st August 2026.

  • Should you or we decide to cancel your Treatment cycle package the following charges will apply. You will be refunded the difference of the remaining costs of the Treatment cycle package you have paid less the charges set out in our standard cancellation terms and conditions:
  • Cancellation prior to beginning treatment and after the treatment consultation has taken place, you will incur a £500 cancellation fee. This will be taken from fees paid for the cycle. If the fees for the cycle have not been settled then you will be required to pay the £500 on request. The promotional discount cannot be used to cover the £500 cancellation charge if you do not continue after your Treatment Consultation.
  • In the event that a Treatment cycle is abandoned prior to egg collection/embryo transfer, an additional Cancellation Fee will be incurred of £250 per scan that has been completed. Any other Services rendered will also have to be settled in full; . The promotional discount cannot be used to cover the, you will still be required to pay £250 per completed scan plus the £500 cancellation charge, plus the cost of any other services rendered.
  • Cancellation after 1 cycle of treatment, you will incur the cost of one cycle of treatment with a £300 discount.
  • Cancellation after two cycles of treatment, you will incur the cost of two cycles of single cycle treatments with a £1,000 discount.
