How our Refer-a-Friend programme works
In three simple steps you can share your great experience at CREATE Fertility with someone you know, and allow them to access treatment at a reduced cost.
Refer-a-Friend programme - Frequently Asked Questions
Once you join our platform, using the form above, you will receive an email containing a unique link which you can then share with your friends and family via email, WhatsApp, or however works best for you.
It’s easy! You can book your Initial Scan & Consultation online or through our team on the phones, quoting your unique referral code which you will receive once you have signed up with your friend’s name. Once you move forward to either IVF or egg freezing treatment then you will receive £500 off the cost of your treatment.
There is no limit to how many people you can refer so feel free to share your link with as many friends and family as you like.
Once your friend has had their Treatment Consultation and committed to treatment, then you'll receive your reward via email.
Once your friend has their Initial Scan & Consultation, if they decide to move forward to either IVF or egg freezing treatment, they will receive £500 off the cost of their treatment.
