Join our Refer-a-Friend programme to help others on their fertility journey. You'll receive a thank you gift for each referral.

Refer Friends and Family

Many of our patients are already referring their friends & family to CREATE Fertility and we've now made it even easier for you to share with your loved ones. To support as many patients as possible on their fertility journey, we’ve created a Refer-a-Friend programme so you can:

  • Easily share your recommendation with friends or family and help them access treatment at a reduced cost.

  • Receive rewards for supporting our life-changing work.

How our Refer-a-Friend programme works

In three simple steps, you can share your great experience at CREATE Fertility with someone you know, and allow them to access treatment at a reduced cost.

Refer-a-Friend programme - Frequently Asked Questions 

Once you join our programme, using the form above, you'll receive an email containing a unique link that you can then share with your friends and family via email, WhatsApp, or however works best for you.

It’s easy! Sign up for our Refer-a-Friend programme using the link from your friend to get your unique code. You can then book your Initial Consultation online or through our team on the phones, quoting your unique code. Once you move forward to either IVF or egg freezing treatment then you will receive £500 off the cost of your treatment.

There is no limit to how many people you can refer so feel free to share your link with as many friends and family as you like.

Once your friend has had their Initial Consultation, you'll receive your reward via email.

Once your friend has their Initial Consultation, when they decide to move forward to either IVF or egg freezing treatment, they will receive £500 off the cost of their treatment.

To become a referrer, you need to have had an Initial Consultation or treatment at CREATE Fertility.

If you have not yet had your own Initial Consultation or treatment, you're not yet eligible to sign up to the programme as a referrer.

To take advantage of a referral, you must be a new patient to CREATE Fertility, which means that you've not had any previous treatment or appointments with us. 

In order to sign up to the Refer-a-Friend programme, you must use the same email address that was supplied when you went through treatment at CREATE Fertility.
