Usually, you will need to have a strong clinical reason to transfer funding to CREATE Fertility and you will need to apply for a transfer before any treatment has started with the CCG's usual NHS provider.
Transferring your NHS funding
Transferring your funding
Reasons to transfer your funding to us:
- We have the necessary specialists or advanced techniques for your specific diagnosis compared to the CCGs local provider
- The waiting list may be too long for you in your local area and with us you can start treatment immediately
- It is more convenient to have treatment with us because you live closer to our clinic than the standard CCG provider
NHS IVF transfer process
Individual funding request
Contact your GP or NHS Fertility Clinic and ask to transfer your treatment to CREATE. An Individual Funding Request (IFR) will be submitted directly to your CCG on your behalf. It will need to include your reasons as to why it is best for you to have your treatment with CREATE Fertility.
If your funding request is accepted, your CCG will write to us directly to let us know and then you can start treatment.
Screening & consent
We will get in contact with you with you as soon as possible to book a consultation and scan, ready to begin treatment with us.
Funding options if you are not eligible for NHS fertility treatment
If you cannot get NHS IVF treatment and your only option is to grow your family through self-funded treatment, we can still help. We offer our patients affordable payment plans, to help make growing your family less stressful and more manageable.
