NHS funded IVF

NHS funded IVF

If you are eligible for funding on the NHS for IVF treatment, you can choose to undergo your treatment with us

IVF funded by the NHS

CREATE Fertility hold contracts with NHS CCGs (the organisations who decide how local NHS budgets are spent) across the country. If we hold a contract with you local CCG, you can be referred to our clinics for NHS-funded IVF treatment, which is delivered in line with NICE guidelines. We have no waiting lists and offer excellent success rates.

If we do not have a contract with your local CCG, but if you are eligible for NHS-funded IVF, you may be able to transfer your funding to CREATE Fertility. Different CCGs have varying policies with regards to transferring funding and they will make the decision as to whether you can have NHS-funded treatment with us. Usually, you will need to have a strong clinical reason to transfer funding to CREATE Fertility and you will need to apply for a transfer before any treatment has started with the CCG's usual NHS provider.

Am I eligible for NHS funding?

Eligibility for funding is based on specific criteria set by your CCG. The criteria often take into account factors such as your age, weight and lifestyle.

It is important to remember that each CCG sets its own funding criteria and that it can vary widely from one to another. If you do not meet their requirements for funding, you will be unable to get NHS funding for fertility treatment.

What if I'm not eligible?

If for any reason you are not eligible for funding, or have exhausted your funding, you can still come to CREATE as a self-funded patient.
