Miss Radha Venkatakrishnan is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Specialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, with extensive expertise in fertility care, recurrent miscarriage, reproductive endocrinology, hormone health, and post-reproductive women's health. She is a Consultant at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and is recognised as a subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG).
After graduating from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), India, Miss Venkatakrishnan moved to the UK to undertake postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, followed by RCOG-accredited subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery. During this period, she conducted research at the University of Warwick in the field of early pregnancy failure and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD). Her academic work continues to inform her clinical practice and commitment to improving outcomes for women experiencing fertility challenges and pregnancy loss.
Miss Venkatakrishnan has held several senior leadership positions within reproductive medicine, including Medical Director at IVI RMA UK. She has worked as a consultant for leading fertility centres across the UK. Alongside her NHS practice at Oxford University Hospitals, she remains actively involved in advancing excellence in reproductive healthcare through clinical leadership, innovation, education, and research.
Her clinical interests include fertility assessment and treatment, assisted conception, recurrent miscarriage, reproductive endocrinology, hormone health, and post-reproductive women's health. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, personalised care that empowers patients to make informed decisions throughout their reproductive health journey.
