Dr Mohamed Eltom
Dr Eltom has a special interest in ovarian stimulation, recurrent implantation failure and management of women with low ovarian reserve.
He graduated from Juba University Sudan in 1994 and became a research fellow at the Johns Hopkins University and the National Institute of health in the United States. He then trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the UK and Ireland, specialising in Reproductive medicine and IVF.
Dr Eltom has spent two years as a fellow at the Manchester University Foundation trust, the first NHS IVF unit in UK. Here, he completed the RCOG Advanced Skills Training Module in sub-fertility and Reproductive Endocrinology and has also been certified by the British Fertility Society (BFS) in Pelvic Ultrasound, Embryo Transfer and Male infertility. He also holds a master’s degree in Reproduction from the University of Bristol.
He is a member of The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists UK, The Royal college of Physicians of Ireland and The Royal college of Surgeons of Glasgow.
