Blair trained to become a clinical embryologist at New Zealand's largest fertility clinic. After becoming fully trained, he relocated to London where he has worked in some of the UK's most successful fertility clinics, becoming an HCPC registered clinical scientist and gaining proficiency in embryo biopsy, being a part of one of the country's leading PGT programs.
After relocating to Bristol, he now leads the lab team at CREATE Fertility Bristol.
